We all share the human experience.
It is the first thing you do upon entering this world, and the last, as you set your spirit free. We all share in the collective rhythm of the inward flow and the beautiful release of a long exhale. It fills us as we laugh, it builds pressure with frustration, and holds space for us when we’re down. It fuels our body as we run and play, and keeps us company as we sit and silently ponder. We take it for granted, because it is automatic. It’s time to become intimate with the richness of each breath, the stillness and universal expanse in each pause, and the peaceful release as you let go..

It All Starts With You
Mindfulness is about being present. Attachment to feelings, outcomes, ideas and behaviours can keep us stuck. Fear, anger, and inability to let go, all create suffering. We often choose these states of being. WHY? Because we have an aversion to discomfort. We fear the unknown, how loved ones will react to a conversation. We lack confidence in ourselves and rely on external validation to measure our worth. We lack focus in world of distraction and instant gratification.
What if we could let all of that go… in only for a few moments, and just BE?
Mindfulness is where it all begins.

Community is where it’s at. My desire is to genuinely connect with likeminded people to share thoughts, ideas, stories, to learn, laugh, and grow. My vision is to explore themes through discussion, and meditation, individually, or in a group setting, with the goal of provoking thought and introspection. This is the birth place of awareness and growth. Creation of content will present itself through conversation, and meditations will be tailored to be purposeful and relevant to your needs.
